What you choose to share

We collect the contact and business details you enter, your vendor concern and any document you submit. An upload is optional. Send only information you are authorized to share, and redact bank details, payment card numbers and unrelated personal information. Do not send account passwords.

How the screen works

Form details are saved in our website database and sent to Prudence by email. Uploaded documents are forwarded as private email attachments to Prudence, not published on the website. Our hosting and email providers process this information to operate the service. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.

We use the information to assess your request, communicate with you and, if separately agreed, deliver an engagement. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or authorize us to contact your vendor. We do not sell your submitted documents or use them in public case studies without your permission.

Analytics and attribution

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website usage and advertising results. We record form and upload progress, campaign attribution and advertising click identifiers where available. We do not intentionally send form text, email addresses, document contents or filenames as analytics event parameters. Browser or Google settings may limit collection.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry and correspondence records as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. Engagement records may need to be retained for contractual or legal purposes. You can ask what we hold or request correction or deletion by emailing paul@seekprudence.com. We will explain any records we need to retain. Deletion is not automatic when a screen ends.

Sharing sensitive information

Email and online submissions are not appropriate for every confidential record. If a document requires an NDA or particular handling, describe the issue first and agree a suitable transfer method before sharing it. Contact Paul Bright at paul@seekprudence.com with questions.
