Screen terms

Updated September 21, 2026.

A limited free screen

The Cost Leak Screen is a preliminary review of one item from one recurring vendor. Its purpose is to decide whether a deeper review appears worthwhile. It is not a complete audit, assurance opinion, legal or tax advice, or a guarantee that all billing issues have been identified.

Your information and decisions

Share only information you are authorized to provide. Our initial view depends on the records you supply and may change when more evidence is available. Do not withhold payment, cancel a service or change a contract based solely on a preliminary screen.

Provider for paid engagements

Prudence is the service brand. Seek Provenance LLC is the intended contracting provider for paid engagements. Any paid work requires a separate signed agreement identifying the provider and agreed scope.

Deeper work needs an agreement

Submitting this form creates no paid engagement and gives Prudence no authority to contact or bind your vendors or business. We agree scope, baseline, fees and permissions in a separate signed engagement before substantial analysis. Material external actions require your written approval.

Standard performance-fee offer

Our standard proposed fee is 25% of recovered cash or credits actually received or applied, after agreed direct external recovery costs, and 25% of verified net savings realized during the first 12 months of an approved change. Recurring savings fees are billed monthly after verification. Agreed implementation costs and service or usage differences are accounted for, and the same benefit is never charged twice. Your signed agreement controls your engagement. Existing agreed client terms are honored.

Response timing

We aim to return the free screen within two business days after receiving a usable item. If information is incomplete or capacity changes, we will tell you what is needed or provide an updated timing estimate.
